Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee multi-site warehouse operations with a national salary range of $85,000–$100,000. The role requires leading three supervisors across dispersed locations, driving safety, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment while traveling ~50% among sites in IL, TN, and AZ.

Ideal candidates will bring 2+ years in management, 1+ year in logistics, and some P&L/project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive team culture.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity, accuracy, and other metrics to guide decisions.
• Foster open communication across leadership and associates to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and select top talent aligned with values and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
