Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee a three-site operation, guiding Supervisors across geographically dispersed locations with approximately 50% travel between Channahon, IL; Memphis, TN; and Waddell, AZ. You will drive compliant, efficient processes, and lead safety-first operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ years logistics industry experience (required).
2+ years of supervisory or management experience (required).
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports.
Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans.
Uphold health and safety regulations and foster safety culture.
Compile reports on KPIs and provide insights for decisions.
Promote open communication among leadership and associates.
Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors.
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders in collaboration with teams.
Address customer concerns to achieve high satisfaction.
