DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead three Supervisors across three locations with roughly 50% travel between Channahon, IL; Memphis, TN; and Waddell, AZ. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports across three locations.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and drive a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to guide decisions.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates for alignment and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer order fulfillment.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and boost satisfaction.
