Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead three Supervisors across geographically dispersed locations, overseeing safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes, and best practices to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safety awareness across the organization.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote teamwork and transparency.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and select top talent.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
