Job summary

Alto is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead depot-based operations across Los Angeles and other markets. You will own performance, safety, and customer experience, while building a strong leadership bench and delivering cost-efficient excellence.

This onsite role requires strategic thinking, data fluency, and the ability to partner with Recruiting, Growth, Finance, HR, and Strategy to standardize execution and scale operations as Alto grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on operations leadership.
• 3+ years leading people managers (100+ staff).
• Experience in multi-site or multi-facility operations.
• Strong cost management and budgeting experience.
• Data-driven with proficiency in performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Standardize depot-level execution and continuous improvement across your market.
• Develop independent Operations Managers and Associates: build a leadership bench.
• Own fleet performance: maintenance and uptime.
• Own safety and compliance execution.
• Deliver against the market budget.
