Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead manufacturing and logistics, driving continuous improvement and TPM across facilities. You will shape policies and oversee production to meet quality and schedule targets while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong Lean, 5S, Kaizen skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Prior management experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of EN ISO 13485 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and logistical operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for production and quality improvements.
• Maintain TPM program and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strong leadership, ensure OSHA compliance and safe operations.
• Direct production, maintenance, and adherence to cost objectives.
