Job summary

Carvana is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines and ensure production metrics are met. The role requires guiding over 50 associates, driving continuous improvement, and delivering on safety, quality, and cost targets on shift-by-shift basis.

You will conduct root-cause analyses, lead site reviews, and mentor managers and teams to sustain high performance and adherence to Carvana standards. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates.
• Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement action plans with leadership.
• Lead weekly site performance reviews and report on results and countermeasures.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities for the day.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects and training at the site and region.
