Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Operational Management overseeing major projects in the power delivery industry.
• 5+ years’ experience managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists the VP, Operations in planning and policy development.
• Develops project plans and leads teams to meet client needs.
• Leads department managers toward safety and policy adherence.
• Interfaces with clients and directs cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements productivity improvements.
• Leads multi-unit teams on major projects across service territories.
• Initiates and coordinates major projects.
