Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager / Processing Manager to lead the branch's production and processing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will supervise production leads and employees and drive improvements across scheduling, capacity, and workflows.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to align daily activities with customer requirements and company policies while upholding OSHA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Industrial Eng, or related field.
• 5+ years in production/processing/manufacturing roles.
• 3+ years supervising production personnel.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and metrics.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production and processing activities at the branch.
• Plan and schedule daily production based on demand and capacity.
• Ensure orders meet specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs like output, utilization, downtime, scrap.
• Develop staff and provide coaching and performance management.
