Job summary

Ring Concierge, a rapidly growing fine jewelry company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations in Midtown NYC to oversee daily fulfillment and strategic projects across divisions. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional client experience through KPIs, process scaling, and cross-functional leadership.

The role requires 6-8+ years in ecommerce ops, a strong financial acumen, and experience managing 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing third-party logistics partners.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing invoices and cost controls.
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Shopify and NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ecommerce and retail operations, including fulfillment, returns, quality control, and transfers.
• Build and scale processes to support growth, peak volume, and new initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and movement across offices, retail locations, and 3PL partners.
• Lead 3PL and shipping partners, ensuring performance and service standards.
• Oversee packaging strategy and fulfillment supplies, balancing brand, cost, and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity across Shopify and NetSuite; resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with Customer Experience to address operational issues impacting the client journey.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Oversee daily Customer Care team operations, auditing communications for brand tone and accuracy, monitoring queues; ensure SLAs.
• Serve as liaison between corporate and retail teams for promotions, launches, merchandising updates.
• Manage systems and scheduling, including AI chat and support platforms; coordinate team coverage.
• Lead and develop the Operations team with coaching and performance management.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
