LuvMyJewelry is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support inventory, orders, and customer interactions at our NYC office. The role emphasizes accuracy, hands-on operations, and ownership of core processes in a fast-growing, family-owned jewelry brand.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient with Excel, and comfortable learning new inventory and order-management systems. On-site hours support a dynamic ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas).
• Organized with ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Clear, polished written communication skills.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce operations helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer orders accurately and on time.
• Create shipping labels and maintain organized shipment records.
• Monitor outgoing orders and help resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Ensure each order is packaged according to LuvMyJewelry’s quality standards.
• Tag and organize new merchandise; log purchases and inventory updates.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
