The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellence across the business. This role coordinates inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. This position collaborates closely with sales and production to support exceptional customer experiences and consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Logistics

• Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments, both domestic and international
• Supply chain coordination and manage order fulfillment
• Handle high jewelry and high-value merchandise with the utmost care, discretion, and attention to security protocols
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, security protocols, and luxury brand standards
• Oversee all jewelry repairs and service requests with local workshops and international partners
• Prepare, document, and track repair shipments

Show & Event Preparation

• Prepare and organize jewelry, fixtures, and tools for trunk shows, exhibitions, and events
