Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Principal Product Manager for CMP Pads to lead product strategy and portfolio management in the semiconductor materials space. You will drive growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence while aligning across commercial, technical, and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end execution with global scope and a focus on delivering competitive solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of product management or related leadership experience in semiconductor/advanced materials.
• Strong business, financial and people acumen, including pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex global org.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
• Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.
• Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans with clear priorities.
