Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong business, financial and people acumen, including pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Executive presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex global organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
