Job summary

• Direct and improve departmental procedures to meet standards and regulatory expectations.
• Guide change management and workforce initiatives to improve performance and transformation.
• Develop a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements with cross-functional partners.
• Lead monthly reviews to assess performance and service delivery.
• Coordinate audits and remediation activities with stakeholders.
