• Monitors and coordinates operations workflow and resolves escalated issues; may process high-risk transactions.
• Coaches team members, leads huddles/meetings, and supports performance development.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal/external customers; updates SOPs and participates in projects.
• Reviews documents for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance; supports risk mitigation.
