Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Work Lead (GOV) in Cleveland, OH to oversee the AR Advantage Operations team and workflows. The position follows a Tue–Thu 11:00 AM–7:30 PM and Fri–Sat 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule, with Sunday and Monday off, and requires strong prioritization and time management capabilities.

Leadership experience is preferred, and the role is in-office with a comprehensive benefits program. PNC will not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT for this position.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred and the role requires prioritization and time management.
• Associates degree plus 4+ years of related business experience are typical.
• No sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations workflow and assists team with executing routine transactions/processes.
• Monitors and coordinates the operations workflow and assists team members with escalated issues. May process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coaches team members and provides applicable training. May lead team huddles/meetings and/or continuous improvement sessions.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and may assist with implementation.
• Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
