Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support as a Program Operations lead for energy efficiency programs in New Jersey, with a remote role requiring NJ residency. The role reports to the East Region Senior Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

The candidate will ensure timely invoicing, perform accrual analyses, and drive program KPIs, while mastering ICF support systems such as SLT, SSRS and SnuggPro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related discipline.
• 5+ years of energy efficiency, utility, data analysis experience.
• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of PSE&G’s Income Qualified Home Weatherization program.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all program invoices and compliance with policies.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and client.
• Develop analysis of monthly program accruals and forecasts for KPIs/KPIs.
• Coordinate with program subcontractors to improve program outcomes.
• Monitor projects for QA/QC compliance and address deficiencies.
• Become proficient in ICF program-based support systems; training provided.
