Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years managing personnel or an equivalent education/experience
• Strong communication with customers to exceed satisfaction
• Ability to learn and apply technical/mechanical concepts

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department
• Plan, schedule, and oversee customers' commitments and ensure execution
• Review workload and manpower to meet costs and schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Lead performance reviews and assist with hiring and training of staff
