Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Operations Lead Analyst to drive advanced operations management initiatives within the Pharmacy Reliability team. You will lead complex issues, coordinate cross-functional partners, and deliver data-driven solutions while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include issue triage, root-cause analysis, financial impact assessments, and executive communications. A strong background in PBM operations and Excel is essential; remote-friendly arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ relevant PBM/Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resolution of complex Pharmacy Reliability issues for multiple clients.
• Triage, research and resolve escalated issues requiring partner support.
• Assess impact using pharmacy benefit design knowledge from cost, contract and legal perspectives.
• Communicate issue impact and stakeholders clearly with results.
• Coordinate with CS, Claims, Client Implementation & Service, and PBM vendors for timely reimbursements.
• Escalate barriers to engage appropriate business units and drive resolution.
• Improve processes, products, and services using best practices.
• Identify root causes and preventive measures for client service issues.
• Develop partnerships with cross-enterprise Pharmacy Operations to achieve goals.
• Calculate client impact using internal and external claims reports.
• Submit remediation documentation to matrix partners for financial remediation.
• Maintain issue tracking in SharePoint and manage remediation funding (DMR’s, P&L, E&O).
• Provide executive-level communications for escalated issues.
• Analyze complex issues to determine the appropriate technical area or vendor.
