Capital One's FPDS organization is seeking a Sr Manager, Process Management to lead data governance and operational controls across our data pipelines. This role partners with product and engineering teams to ensure reliability, compliance, and timely month-end closes.

You will oversee governance, drive continuous improvement, manage a high-performing team, and influence stakeholders across Capital One to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience OR Product Management experience or a combination.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred; 10+ years PM; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 data monitoring and SLA compliance across core pipelines.
• Drive monthly General Ledger reconciliation processes and variance reviews.
• Incident management and engineering partnership for prioritized pipeline fixes.
• Direct annual control reviews in Fuse and manage Data Quality thresholds with Data Stewards.
• Modernize operational frameworks and establish robust measurement for effectiveness.
• Lead a high-performing team of associates and pursue process improvements.
