Capital One's FPDS team seeks a Principal Associate in Operations Governance to drive end-to-end governance, financial controls, and system reliability across FPDS data platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, manage 24/7 monitoring, and ensure compliance during critical month-end windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management OR Process Management OR Program Management or a combination.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred.
• Certification: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; problem solving and influencing abilities.
• Experience delivering results on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 data governance & SLA compliance across core pipelines.
• Lead monthly GL reconciliations, variance reviews, & audit readiness.
• Coordinate incident management with engineering; prioritize fixes.
• Support Data Quality thresholds & quarterly DPAs maintenance.
• Modernize operational frameworks aligning with customer success objectives.
