Capital One's FPDS organization seeks a Sr Manager, Process Management to lead end-to-end governance across data pipelines and financial controls. You will coordinate 24/7 monitoring, drive SLAs, and partner with Engineering to prioritize fixes while ensuring audit readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with at least 7 years in PM/PMO. This position offers a competitive package and benefits in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 years Project Management or Product Management experience.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 data monitoring and SLA compliance for core pipelines.
• Lead incident triage, coordinate with engineering, and track resolutions.
• Drive monthly GL reconciliations and audit-compliant artifacts.
• Direct annual control reviews and manage Data Quality thresholds.
• Modernize operational frameworks and quantify performance.
• Lead a high-performing team and pursue continuous improvements.
