Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Military experience.
• 3+ years in Project Management, Process Management or Program Management.
• Masters or MBA preferred; 5+ years PM experience.
• PMP/Lean/Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Pipeline Governance: monitor data pipelines and SLA compliance.
• Financial Control: drive GL reconciliation and variance reviews.
• Incident Management: triage incidents and coordinate engineering priorities.
• Data Quality & Governance: support DPAs and quarterly data reviews.
• Operational Framework Modernization: drive continuous improvement aligned with customer outcomes.
