With this in mind, we are looking for innovative, bold individual contributors who take ownership in driving outcomes while influencing and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying perspectives and priorities.****General Responsibilities:***** **Operational & Pipeline Governance:** Oversee 24/7 data monitoring and SLA compliance across core pipelines; participate in daily standups, manage stakeholder communications via Slack, and maintain high-priority tracking for LRM/HPU datasets during critical month-end windows.* **Financial Control & Compliance Execution:** Drive monthly General Ledger reconciliation processes, conduct deep-dive variance reviews, prepare summary artifacts for DDRO sign-offs, and ensure strict audit compliance.* **Incident Management & Engineering Partnership:** Manage operational incident triage, handle partner escalations, track resolutions, and collaborate weekly with engineering leads to prioritize pipeline fixes and prevent recurring defects.* **Data Quality & Governance Oversight:** Support annual control reviews in Fuse, monitor automated Data Quality thresholds alongside Data Stewards, and ensure quarterly maintenance of active Data Provisioning Agreements (DPAs).* **Operational Framework Modernization:** Modernize existing operational frameworks by bridging continuous improvement efforts with core customer success objectives, establishing robust measurement frameworks to evaluate operational effectiveness.**Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience* At least 3 years of experience in Project Management OR Process Management OR Program Management Or a combination**Preferred Qualifications:*** Masters or MBA degree* 5+ years of Project Management experience* PMP (Project Management Professional Certification), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Strong problem solving and influencing skills* Work experience achieving results with complex projects**At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.**The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
