As a Senior Generalist, you will lead and execute core operational workflows, manage admin, finance, and project activities, support leadership directly, and mentor junior teammates across time zones.

This 100% remote role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination, calendar management, invoicing, onboarding, and research for partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Fluent English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Ability to work independently across time zones.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct research for sponsorships, partnerships, and event co-hosting.
• Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack. Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
