Job summary

Infra One is an AI-native fund administration and investment platform hiring a Fund Administration Manager. You’ll run the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds, owning outcomes end-to-end in a fully remote role.

You’ll engage directly with GPs and LPs, handle onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting, reading legal documents and ensuring accuracy under tight timelines with engineering support.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong ownership mindset and the ability to unblock issues quickly.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new LPs through subscription and KYC, diagnosing issues and guiding to completion.
• Review deal documents and ensure terms align; facilitate signatures and wires within 48 hours.
• Answer due-diligence questionnaires with reusable one-pagers for future use.
• Flag inappropriate side letters and advise GP on declines without harming relationships.
• Maintain live status overview and proactive reminders for GPs to stay on track.
• Contribute learnings back into the platform to improve future workflows.
