Infra One is hiring a Fund Administration Manager to own the operational engine for a portfolio of venture funds. You will be embedded with clients, handling onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting through LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters.

You will work closely with an engineering team to ship fixes, read complex documents, and provide fast, high-quality responses to LPs and GPs. Remote-friendly role with strong ownership and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

Strong operational focus and ownership of outcomes.
Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents (LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters).
Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end fund operations for a small portfolio of venture funds.
Coordinate onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting through legal documents.
Diagnose and resolve KYC issues and ensure timely signatures and wire transfers (within 48 hours when possible).
Provide proactive status updates, and act as the single accountable point for clients and LPs.
Feedback learnings into the platform to drive product improvements.
