The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 7–10 years of finance or corporate accounting experience, and at least 3 years in a project-focused setting, with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7–10 years in finance or corporate accounting.
• 3+ years in direct operations or project-focused environment.
• 5–10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors direct report(s) as a financial business partner.
• Leads strategic financial partnership with project management and operations.
• Provides detailed financial analysis to support profitability and performance.
• Oversees budgeting and forecasting for operations groups.
• Monitors cash flow, variance analysis, and profitability by project/customers.
• Interprets complex data for decision-making and communicates risks and opportunities.
• Drives process improvements in finance functions.
• Acts as liaison between operations and other financial departments.
