The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of finance experience, a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, and strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA, MBA or other certification favorable but not required.
• 7–10 years in finance or corporate accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in operations or project-focused environment.
• Travel 5–10%.
• Standard work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial partnership with project management and leadership.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support project profitability and performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for supported operational groups.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and identify trends.
• Interpret complex financial data to inform decisions and actions.
• Drive process improvements within the operations finance function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, tax, and other teams.
• Manage project cash flow and profitability analysis.
