Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support to its operational groups and project teams in Colorado. The role emphasizes partnering with project management, analyzing profitability, and driving financial improvements across the business.

The candidate will need strong analytical and communication skills, with extensive experience in finance or corporate accounting and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CPA, MBA or other certification is favorable but not required.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or corporate accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a direct operations or project-focused environment.
• Travel: 5–10%.
• Typical work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; may be adjusted to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial partnership with project management and operational leadership on complex initiatives.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support profitability, customer analysis, and overall performance.
• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting for supported operational groups.
• Monitor financial results, variances, trends and recommend actions to optimize project performance.
• Interpret and communicate complex financial data to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
• Serve as liaison between operations and other financial departments to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project cash flow, over/under billing and DSO; analyze profitability for projects and customers.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
