Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial finance, project finance, FP&A, or related fields with ownership of complex decisions.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, electrical, energy, or capital-intensive environments preferred.
• Experience structuring long-term agreements and major pricing arrangements preferred.
• Experience supporting negotiations and executive approvals preferred.
• Experience building a new finance capability or governance process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads finance workstream for major pursuits and long-term agreements from evaluation to launch.
• Develops and owns financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flow, and returns.
• Advises on pricing, volume commitments, escalation, and capital deployment terms.
• Handles sensitivity and scenario analysis to define value-driving conditions.
• Directs diligence with legal, risk, tax, treasury, and accounting teams.
• Partners with legal/commercial teams to align contract terms with finance models.
• Prepares executive decision packages with clear recommendations.
• Serves as finance liaison through contract execution and project launch.
• Establishes standards, templates, controls, and guidance for the capability.
• Builds a bid-to-actual feedback process to improve future pursuits.
• Performs other related duties as required.
