Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Associate Operations Finance Business Partner to support financial activities for operating groups and project teams. You will analyze, report and provide operational financial insights, with attention to accuracy and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in finance/accounting, strong Excel skills, and a readiness to learn fixed processes. Typical schedule is M–F with some flexibility, and travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1–5 years of related experience in finance or accounting.
• Travel: Less than 5%.
• Work Schedule: Typical hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; some flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis to support business strategies, focusing on project profitability and performance.
• Provide financial insights to project management and operational leaders.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for operational groups, gathering and organizing data.
• Monitor financial results, track variances and identify trends for senior review.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports to support operational decision-making.
• Assist with day-to-day financial processes, data entry, report generation and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
• Support monitoring of project cash flow metrics and basic profitability analysis.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested.
