Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Industrial & Operations Engineering Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering IE services across Aeronautics sites and lines of business. You will own scheduling, ERP demand signals, and data-driven decision support for production leadership.

Responsibilities include leading analytics, simulation modeling, and transformation initiatives with SAP S4/HANA, TeamCenter, and Apriso, while mentoring staff and driving Lean Six Sigma improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial/Operations Engineering or related field.
Experience in aerospace and/or automotive industries.
Demonstrated ability to apply IE/OE tools in high-volume production.
Experience leveraging data analytics to build dashboards and data pipelines.
Proven leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a Core Industrial & Operations Engineering Team across LM Aeronautics sites and LOBs.
Develop and maintain F-35 baseline schedules and ERP demand signals; coordinate with cross-functional partners.
Lead data analytics and metrics development using Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python, and AI platforms.
Oversee production simulation modeling (Simio) to evaluate flow, capacity, and constraints.
Support 1LMX transformation and adoption of new tools (SAP S4/HANA, TeamCenter, Apriso).
Define vision and strategy for team capabilities and customer support.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top IE talent; drive continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma).
Collaborate across functions to align production execution with program management.
