Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL seeks an Operations Analyst Manager to lead a multi-site industrial engineering team, setting priorities, delivering standards, capacity analyses, and layout-flow projects across MFC manufacturing.

You will defend engineering baselines for routings and scheduling, hire and develop talent, manage funding, and present outcomes to leadership in governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 6 years of professional experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or operations analysis.
• Proven leadership of engineers or analysts as supervisor or technical lead.
• Experience owning delivery commitments across multiple concurrent efforts.
• Working knowledge of labor standards, routings, and ERP production data.
• Experience presenting analysis to senior leadership.
• Experience on a factory floor with production, planning, and quality.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site industrial-engineering team and set priorities against inbound demand.
• Deliver standards, capacity analyses, span-reduction, and layout-flow projects.
• Defend engineering baselines for standards, routings, and scheduling parameters.
• Deploy common methods across sites to encode capability in the process.
• Manage staffing plans, workloads, and funding against programs.
• Represent the function in governance forums and capital/footprint meetings.
• Hire, develop, and retain technical talent with performance management.
