Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing efficient production systems and driving long-term operational strategies.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced IE practices, coordinating cross‑functional projects across Operations, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and ERP teams to optimize safety, quality, and flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing systems, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving technical and cross-functional improvement initiatives; Kaizen events and data-driven strategies are a plus.
• ERP and MES expertise with Acumatica experience preferred.
• Travel up to 25% depending on business needs.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of industrial engineers responsible for designing efficient production systems, line balancing, standard work, and optimized material flow across facilities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced IE methodologies to drive improvements in cycle time, throughput, labor utilization, and overall system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and ERP teams to align production capabilities with business objectives.
• Develop data-driven models to simulate production layouts, capacity, and constraints using time studies, value stream mapping, and simulation software.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement enterprise-wide process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross-site projects such as facility expansions, process re-designs, and technology adoption initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP, MES, factory automation, and digital manufacturing tools.
• Mentor and coach engineers and operations leaders on IE tools, problem solving, and high-velocity execution.
• Evaluate future-state requirements and develop strategic plans to support long-term growth, including workforce planning and space utilization.
• Participate in capital planning, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development for new investments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
