Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to influence production systems and drive data-driven improvements on aircraft programs. The role focuses on standardizing processes, developing metrics, and applying IE methods on the shop floor.

You will own improvement initiatives, document outcomes, and train stakeholders while delivering measurable impact on efficiency and quality for complex aerospace hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining production plans, manufacturing schedules, or master schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with creating and maintaining metrics.
• Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis).
• Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements).
• Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions.
• Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
• Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making.
• Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results.
• Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.
