Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 4 years manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or related technical experience.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and processes.
• Ability to operate CAD tools and shop math.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions, drive quality and efficiency improvements, and manage daily work plan to meet Operations goals.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects and ensure first-pass success.
• Conduct technical studies and define equipment/tooling needs to optimize production processes.
• Lead/coordinate project implementations among multiple organizations and apply Lean principles to manufacturing methods.
