Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a defined territory, drive top-decile performance, and develop high-performing teams across multiple repair shops.

You will be responsible for achieving targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence while mentoring leaders and fostering strong partnerships with insurers and customers. A proven track record in collision repair operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurance carrier requirements.
• Experience using CCC One and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall leadership and management of assigned territory/market.
• Achieve or exceed targets and standards for performance and growth.
• Manage locations to rank in the top 10% by KPIs, CSR, quality and profitability.
• Recruit, manage and develop employees; create future leaders.
• Maintain shop organization and high level of customer service.
