Crash Champions is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a multi-shop territory, drive top-quartile performance, and ensure high levels of customer service and profitability. The role demands strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and deep knowledge of collision center operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in operations, 5+ years of people management, and proven experience with CCC One.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the collision industry procedures and insurance carrier requirements.
• 10+ years of operations experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Driven personality, eager to grow, and able to work well under pressure.
• Experience using CCC One.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned territory/market with a focus on top-quartile performance.
• Drive KPIs for customer service, quality, profitability and growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain leadership talent for sustained success.
• Maintain shop standards and ensure organization and readiness for operations.
• Foster relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers and delegate responsibilities to teams.
