Job summary

Hae CPG is seeking a Director of Operations in Brooklyn, NY. The role is full-time with a remote component and requires working hours from 9am to 6pm EST.

You will lead day-to-day operations across logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and production for a portfolio of beauty and CPG brands. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in CPG/retail operations, hands-on startup experience, and strong data skills with Excel/Sheets, Shopify, WMS, ERP, and EDI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CPG, retail, or beauty operations with logistics and supply chain.
• Startup experience with hands-on ownership in fast-paced enviroments.
• DTC and retail/wholesale operations at high volumes and complexity.
• Retail POs, routing, ASNs, invoicing, shortages, chargebacks, and retailer compliance.
• Experience with 3PLs, warehouse ops, inventory discrepancies, escalations.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Shopify, WMS, ERP, EDI, and retailer systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for a portfolio of brands across logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and production.
• Lead client and partner relationships, manage priorities, escalations, and execution.
• Oversee end-to-end retail/wholesale order execution and 3PL operations.
• Manage production timelines, vendor coordination, inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor freight, inventory transfers, and reconciliation; maintain reporting.
• Mentor Operations Associates and drive process improvements.
