Qualifications

• 10+ years of global supply chain leadership.
• Experience with end-to-end global supply chain in an omni-channel environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, business management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans to support new development and existing portfolio products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, lead times, and MOQs.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers and manage vendor partnerships.
• Develop and manage material replenishment strategies to improve inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
• Lead contract negotiations for favorable pricing and terms.
• Optimize MRP and supplier performance metrics.
• Oversee supplier quality and corrective actions to ensure product quality and delivery.
• Coordinate order tracking and expediting with vendor partners.
• Maintain master data accuracy and spend tracking.
