Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead the SP Operations engineering teams focused on empowering service providers to run their day-to-day operations with high quality software.

You will report to a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, shaping the technical direction, and helping engineers grow their careers while ensuring reliability and performance as the platform scales.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in delivering quality software products.
Strong full-stack technical background with design/architecture experience.
Ability to lead, mentor and coach engineers for career growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication to align teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the SP Operations engineering teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Partner with Product, Design, and Tech leadership to set direction and governance.
Drive recruiting and talent development to build a world-class engineering department.
Remove blockers and implement guardrails to enable rapid, reliable delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to find optimal, scalable solutions for small business customers.
