Job summary

AutoNation in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to architect and own the performance outcomes of new customer and operational workflows across AN USA. This role focuses on building capabilities from the ground up, piloting in markets, and scaling the model across the franchise network.

You will partner with Product and Technology to ensure operational feasibility, while driving throughput and customer journeys from digital interfaces to store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end operating workflows.
• Ability to translate concepts into store-level workflows.
• Experience in franchise or multi-site rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Architect new end-to-end processes across sales, credit, and operations.
• Own rollout, adoption, and performance outcomes.
• Lead in-market rollout and field implementation.
