Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Manager, Transformation Analytics to drive enterprise analytics across the transformation office. You will shape business cases, model scenarios, and build scalable data sources and dashboards for CEO-level initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to turn insights into actionable processes, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail. Strong SQL, BI, and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a data or analytics role building queries and reporting for business stakeholders.
• Experience building data models behind reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Scope and frame the problem: outline drivers, approach, and evidence to move decisions.
• Find and build data across Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations.
• Build clean, well-structured SQL against large datasets with QA.
• Stand up BI dashboards and data sources designed for decision making.
• Build a narrative with executive-ready models and recommendations.
• Pressure-test analyses with scenarios and independent data perspective.
