Job summary

AutoNation seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead design and delivery of transformation programs across the enterprise, including P&L impact and customer-centric operating models. You’ll build analytical backbones, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and partner with Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations to move initiatives from business case to rollout and value capture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7 years across strategy and operations with cross-functional initiatives
• Executive presence and influence: ability to produce executive-ready materials
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous execution
• Analytical, financial modeling, and governance disciplines
• Consulting background and automotive retail/multi-unit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional ownership from business case through pilot, rollout, and value capture, accountable for results and P&L impact
• Build financial and operational models, KPIs, and reporting to size opportunity and track targets
• Own the executive narrative: translate analysis into a clear point of view for Executive Committee
• Translate strategy into execution with clear roadmaps, milestones, and owners
• Shape operating model and governance across priority areas and functions
