Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or operational support roles.
• Strong understanding of QSR restaurant operations and performance drivers.
• Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75–80%, with flexibility for last-minute travel and evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct restaurant visits independently to support F2F portfolio integrations and NROs.
• Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching with RGMs and restaurant leadership teams to reinforce Popeyes standards.
• Identify operational gaps across food safety, speed of service, labor deployment, and guest experience.
• Support restaurant teams in implementing operational improvements based on observations.
• Adapt coaching approach based on real-time conditions to drive improvements.
• Evaluate restaurant performance through metrics and observations.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and surface actionable insights to leadership.
• Monitor performance improvements after interventions and track follow-ups.
