Job summary

As the in-house expert on restaurant operations and technology, you will collaborate with the Operations Excellence team to align with brand goals, optimize restaurant tech, and uphold high standards across locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in restaurant operations or a similar role with QSR exposure.
• Strong project management and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations, reporting on guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability.
• Develop statistical and analytical models to identify trends and improvements.
• Propose solutions to automate standards evaluation and track performance across teams.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and ensure timely evaluations.
• Develop and implement an escalation process for handling concerns with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present updates on operational performance and brand standards to senior leaders.
• Analyze and optimize restaurant technology to improve efficiency and profitability and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and share best practices to support guest satisfaction and speed of service.
• Act as a key contact for the field team and franchisees, guiding on brand standards and resolving issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and share insights for decision-making.
• Develop and distribute training materials and process updates for flawless execution.
