Specialty Restaurants is seeking a Senior Restaurant Performance Analyst to transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability and growth across our multi-unit portfolio.

This hands-on role collaborates with Operations, Finance, and support teams, building reporting tools and dashboards, evaluating performance, and delivering strategic recommendations to restaurant leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, restaurant operations, hospitality analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency with BI and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and comfort with POS/operational data.
• Strong communication and accountability with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze restaurant performance, unit economics, and four-wall margins to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain margins improvement strategies focusing on sales, labor, productivity, and costs.
• Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, scorecards, and financial insights for leaders.
• Partner with Field Operations to translate results into clear recommendations.
• Prepare performance insights for Periodic Business Reviews and restaurant-level meetings.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to automate reporting and improve self-service analytics.
• Identify trends and gaps across company-owned restaurants and provide strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support evolving priorities.
