The role ensures operational readiness and regulatory alignment while coordinating with clinical leadership, finance, analytics, and fleet partners.

You will supervise administrative staff and drivers and drive scalable, data-driven mobile operations, with emphasis on financial management and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of health care data and perioperative services/OR/surgery knowledge preferred.
• Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units.
• Oversee fleet administration, budgeting, and compliance management.
• Supervise administrative staff and drivers.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities, and community partners.
• Ensure mobile units are operationally ready and financially managed.
